For over twenty-five years, Kathy Morrell and her specialized teams have been providing specialized services to non-profits, associations and businesses.

In 1982 Kathy Morrell began her career in the Washington, D.C. area by serving as Conference Director for the Society for International Development's World Conference held in Baltimore, MD. The success of that event launched a career that has now spanned over twenty-five years, across thirty major projects, clients and issues.

During the ten years immediately following the 1982 SID Conference, while working as an independent consultant, Kathy helped launch two non-profits, produced numerous conferences and special events, and provided specialized services to area organizations.

The incorporation of Kathy Morrell & Associates, Inc. in 1993 enabled Kathy to further solidify her network base of other professionals in order to better serve the expanding needs of her clients. Now, nearly fifteen years later, Kathy continues to strategically partner with other professionals across several skill areas, therefore providing her clients the most cost-effective, efficient and professional use of their outsourcing dollars.

Our reputation speaks for itself; we receive 100% of new business from client referrals. We are selective about what we take on and work primarily on issues we care passionately about - women and children, international development, and ending global poverty.
