In 1982 Kathy Morrell began her career in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area by serving as the Conference Director for the Society for International Development's World Conference. The success of that event launched a career that has now spanned over 30 years.
The incorporation of Kathy Morrell & Associates, Inc. in 1993 enabled Kathy to further solidify her network base of other professionals to better serve the expanding needs of her clients. Now, 18 years later, Kathy continues to strategically partner with other special event professionals and vendors to provide her clients with the most cost-effective, efficient and professional use of the their outsourcing dollars.
Kathy's reputation speaks for itself. She receives 98 percent of her business from long standing clients or client referrals. She is selective about the clients she takes on and focuses primarily in the areas of international development, women and children, ending global poverty, education and domestic abuse.
